How Fund Will Be Used

To transform Paystack from the early Pre-seed level to a fully functional and scalable product, we require a total funding of approximately $350K USD. These funds will be utilised over a period of 12 financial months.

Out of the total fund, $125K USD will be allocated towards the development of the product, starting with the creation of the MVP and then progressing to the Beta phase. During Beta, additional features will be incorporated, resulting in a fully developed product that can be offered to a wide customer base.

Another $160K USD will be dedicated to marketing efforts, which will encompass both brand identity marketing and strategic AAARRR marketing. This will help establish a strong brand presence and drive customer acquisition and retention.

The remaining funds, amounting to $65K USD, will be utilised to hire full-time professionals who possess the necessary skills and expertise required for the product's development.This will also serve the purpose of resource acquisition and retention. This will ensure a competent and dedicated team is in place to drive the project forward.
